Amex Pension Freeze
Pension Freeze
Amex pensioners’ pensions have been frozen, impacting their financial security. This campaign aims to raise awareness and push for fair treatment.
About the Amex UK Pensioners Justice Campaign
Amex UK Pensioners Justice has been established to address the critical issue faced by American Express pensioners in the pre 1997 scheme who have been deprived of discretionary increases to their pension payments since 2014.
Inflation has significantly eroded the value of their pensions, impacting their financial well-being. It is imperative that American Express treats these pensioners fairly and with respect.
Our campaign has already gained momentum, with support from notable ex-colleagues such as Howard Morgan, David Thomas, Naomi Sutcliffe, Martin Chillcott, Nick Muggridge, & Caroline Emery. Together, we aim to represent the interests of many pre 1997 pensioners affected by this issue.
PRESS
Four Clear Objectives
1
Seek compensation for the years since 2014 when no discretionary increases were granted.
2
Advocate for further increases that are appropriately linked to inflation.
3
Establish an American Express hardship fund to assist pensioners in dire financial need.
4
Lobby government and other relevant institutions to amend the existing laws on Pre 1997 pensions and discretionary increases.
Our Mission: Fighting for Fairness for Amex Pensioners
Join us in this vital campaign to ensure that American Express pensioners receive the justice and fairness they rightfully deserve. Together, we can make a difference. #AmexUKPensionersJustice #FairnessAndRespect #JoinTheCampaign.
